Nathan Dallimore joined the team as a Mortgage Advisor in January 2023. We asked Nathan to tell us a little about himself to share with you:
“I have lived in the Bournemouth area all my life and have moved in to the area of West moors with my long term partner where we have just welcomed our first child in to our family.
As a motorcycle enthusiast I have been riding for around 14 years, I have gone through a multitude of bikes over the years but currently ride a Suzuki GSX-R 750 which I use on road and on the track.
My other hobby is Golf, which is frustrating at times, but I love it as it is a great way to get out in the fresh air, meet new people and smash out all the frustrations life throws at you. It is often said the best business is done on the golf course!”

We had quite an unique issue on our file that the advisor we had previously been using didn't see a way we could get another mortgage offer accepted until we had sorted out this problem we had that was out of our control and couldn't seem to find a way to fix it. In a panic I found and explained the issue to Nathan and he calmed my worries and has sorted us with a new and lower rate instead of having to go onto the variable rate which I thought was going to happen!Posted on Google

Answering all questions we have, explaining it all in layman’s terms for us! Managing to find us a deal that was suitable for me and my partner that we would not have been able to find by searching ourselves. Then the fact that he was able to refer us to solicitors, surveyors, etc and the most important thing for us was timings, because of Nathan everything has felt like it has been on a fast track and still maintain professionalism throughout it all. We won’t need to remortgage for a few years but we will not be looking elsewhere other than NATHAN at Yes Mortgages when it comes to it! I was sceptical when going through a mortgage broker because I figured it just meant more costs on top of everything else and I’d be able to do it all myself but really do recommend making sure to go through YesMortgage because we have saved £10,000s by doing this then going through a mortgage provider we found. He has been unendingly patient as we lost a property and found another and helped us figure out how much we could comfortably afford on a mortgage (many many times). He also helped us arrange another mortgage on my current property in case I didn't move in time, so has in essence done quadruple the work just to support us. Anytime we had any questions he was on hand and when we could only talk outside of hours or needed help in the evenings he was still there making sure we were doing everything right and helping us every step of the way. We are so unbelievably grateful for everything and would not hesitate to reccomend Nathan and Yes Mortgages to anyone! Trust me you will not be disappointed!
