Andy and his team at Yes mortgage service have looked after my husband and I for about 10 years now. They are very professional and welcoming and make you feel part of an extended family.  I would not be with any one else and I would definitely recommend Yes mortgage services, and have recommended them to my friends and family. Having had issues with our mortgage renewal due  Andy stepped in and sorted everything out in a timely and professional manner, he came highly recommended front my accountants BKB whom look after my business accounts. I found Andy extremely professional, switched on with a knowledge that would put many so called brokers to shame.

From now on until my mortgage is paid in full Yes Mortgage services and Andy will take care of my mortgage products. The service provided comes second to none in my experiences.

We have recently used Yes-Mortage Services and Yes-Insurance Services when buying our first home. We are so impressed by the service and would certainly use them again for any new mortgages.

Andy was extremely professional and helpful and made the whole process very easy for us. He was very swift to reply to emails and messages (often within 2 minutes!) which helped us secure an offer on our house at an ideal rate.

We cannot thank Andy enough for his hard work.

Once our mortgage offer was approved Kelly, got in touch with us straight away and took the time to explain everything regarding the insurance we needed and the options open to us. She was really friendly and helpful and provided us with the information we needed without pressuring us to make any quick decisions.

Andy and his team have been incredibly helpful to my partner and I. I have been trying to buy a house for the last year and Andy and Abbie have advised me the whole time even when it was stressful.
The life insurance team, Kelly in particular was very informative and kind when explaining all the plans to us.

Everyone has taken extra care to help us as first time buyers which I think is really important when this is already a difficult process to go through.

On both occassions it was a simple and straightforward process because Andy made sure I was fully informed at each stage of the process. I was speaking to Andy via phone calls and texts and everything went as smooth as possible.

Buying out my ex from an unusual property, with quirky title - Andy's expert knowledge and calm personality let me and my kids stay in our home... Pretty much everything which could go wrong, did... But Andy managed to persuade the underwriters to take (another!) look and we got the mortgage all approved.

From the very start Andy was helpful and informative about how to go about buying our first home. Nothing was too much trouble and when it must have been very time consuming for him to find us the perfect mortgage, he just didn’t stop! Replying outside of his working hours and pretty much instantly. You can tell he is always telling you the truth, no messing about. He is just looking to get you the best deal. When Andy had done his part I was referred to Kelly to talk about insurance. I highly recommend Kelly, she relieved the stress of trying to sort our own life/home insurance. She made sure it suited our circumstances and did all the work of setting it up. Our home move was delayed but she kept in contact to make sure she started it on the correct date. Top service Andy and his team provide. The 3rd time we’ve used Yes Mortgages and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. I recommend to all that ask and always receive a big thanks to putting them in touch. The arrangement of a home visit short notice was great as our current lender had let us down on a complicated remortgage. Andy managed to put our concerns at ease and pulled through as usual. Always on hand to answer queries, and just a pleasure to deal with.
