Andy and his team at Yes mortgage service have looked after my husband and I for about 10 years now. They are very professional and welcoming and make you feel part of an extended family.  I would not be with any one else and I would definitely recommend Yes mortgage services, and have recommended them to my friends and family. Mike and Kelly at YES Mortgage Services were incredibly helpful and supportive with the process of getting my mortgage and income protection insurance. We first contacted Andy in February 2024 for Mortgage advice. He was very helpful and gave clear advice and information on which mortgages would be suitable for us. He found us a good deal quickly and gave clear information in a way we understood around this. Due to few set backs we had a few wobbles along the way to completing our house purchase. Andy went above and beyond to reassure us. There were times when I was upset. Andy’s professional manner, calmness and sense of humour when appropriate always made me feel that we would get there in the end which we did. Once we were near completion Kelly supported us with life and buildings insurance. Like Andy she gave us clear information so we understood what was on offer so we could make an informed choice. Kelly also went above and beyond in answering our many questions and having to repeat quotes due to the time delays. She also made sure we had buildings insurance in place at short notice so we were able to complete. As first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing or what to expect. We have appreciated Andy and Kelly’s support in helping us understand everything clearly and their patience in reassuring us when we needed it. Mortgage I can not rate and recommend Yes Mortgage Services highly enough.  They’ve been absolutely fantastic and made my house buying experience really easy and stress free. They quickly found me the best rates for my new mortgage.  There was great communication with any questions and queries replied to and answered quickly. They have great recommendations for an insurance broker and solicitors so literally everything I needed to assist in my house purchase was covered. Amazing service Michael, Abbie and Kelly was fast and efficient in securing my morgage and explaining every detail to me. When the morgage rates changed they instantly applied for a better rate without me having to ask. I must of spoke over a 100 morgage advisors when searching for a morgage and the team at yes mortgages was able to get me a better deal than any other morgage brokers I had spoke to. As first time buyers there was a lot to consider and understand but speaking with Kelly made things very clear and less daunting. Kelly is amazing when it comes to insurance. As first time buyers, Kelly took the time to explain the different types of insurance and gave us really great, honest advice. She went into great detail getting us different quotes and we didn’t feel pressured to take out insurance. Kelly even offered to look into quotes we had already obtained and gave us honest feedback in regards to them. She always responded so quickly and made us feel like a priority. We have recently used Yes-Mortage Services and Yes-Insurance Services when buying our first home. We are so impressed by the service and would certainly use them again for any new mortgages. Andy was extremely professional and helpful and made the whole process very easy for us. He was very swift to reply to emails and messages (often within 2 minutes!) which helped us secure an offer on our house at an ideal rate. We cannot thank Andy enough for his hard work. Once our mortgage offer was approved Kelly, got in touch with us straight away and took the time to explain everything regarding the insurance we needed and the options open to us. She was really friendly and helpful and provided us with the information we needed without pressuring us to make any quick decisions. Overall, they made the process of finding the right mortgage and insurance much easier and less stressful than it would otherwise have been – and at no expense to us. Couldn’t recommend enough! Professional and efficient throughout the whole process. From Andrew getting us the dream mortgage offer for our dream house. To Kelly sorting out all of our Insurance needs. I am in a commission-based job and my wife is self employed, so we thought it would be a complicated process. Anything but with Yes Mortgages. From the very start Andy was helpful and informative about how to go about buying our first home. Nothing was too much trouble and when it must have been very time consuming for him to find us the perfect mortgage, he just didn’t stop! Replying outside of his working hours and pretty much instantly. You can tell he is always telling you the truth, no messing about. He is just looking to get you the best deal. When Andy had done his part I was referred to Kelly to talk about insurance. I highly recommend Kelly, she relieved the stress of trying to sort our own life/home insurance. She made sure it suited our circumstances and did all the work of setting it up. Our home move was delayed but she kept in contact to make sure she started it on the correct date. Me and my other half have used Andy and the team twice now. When we first were looking to get our first mortgage for our first property and recently to re-mortgage. Andy is fantastic, the service was both informative and proffessional. The process is incredibly easy and thet cover all the bases from mortgage to protection insurances to give you leave of mind. We have used Kelly for our insurances and once again with no surprise she was fantastic. Got us some great income protection insurance and the process was quick and easy, she calls when it is convenient for you and that includes evenings! All this plus they charge nothing our end for their exemplary service, you physically can't find a better broker for your mortgage and protection insurance needs. Kelly has recently renewed my life insurance after I moved home. She reviewed my current policy and discussed what needed to be changed and cover needed. She highlighted how my current policy would not cover my current mortgage and would leave my partner with a large mortgage still. This has now been changed! Andy is brilliant. He came to our house in Southampton at 8pm for 2 separate appointments, so that our daughter was in bed. He completed the whole application for us, based on the info we gave him and we just had to provide pay slips and check and sign the application. Made the process so easy. He showed us all the mortgage products and rates available and the impact over making over payments later on. He didn't steer us in any particular direction - just gave us all the info so that we could make an informed decision. He doesn't charge an additional fee on top of what the lenders give him - some financial advisors charge you extra! We also bought life insurance and contents/buildings insurance through Andy and saved money on both. Very happy with the service �
