A qualified Chartered Accountant, Marlon has been serving in the British Army for the past 19 years. His time in the Army has seen him develop a deep specialism in financial administration, including expertise in Financial System administration and the Forces Help to Buy (FHTB) scheme.

His background gives him a unique insight into the specific financial needs of service personnel.

Originally from Jamaica, Marlon has called Salisbury home for the past 18 years.

When he’s not helping clients secure their most suitable mortgage, Marlon enjoys a range of activities. You’ll often find him cooking up a storm, playing football or netball (especially with his two daughters!), running, walking with his wife, and listening to music.
