Excellent Service I was recommended to contact Connor Bowden from a friend. From the off, he was SO helpful and explained everything to me clearly.  I am a first time buyer and knew absolutely nothing about mortgages and how to apply for one. I can’t tell you how much he has helped me navigate this very apprehensive time. As I am buying alone, it has been worrying at times, knowing I was going into this huge commitment, but Connor has always been there to provide me with advice, reassurance and a wealth of knowledge with things I didn’t understand. He managed to secure me a mortgage I was happy with and I’ve now just paid my first payment. I cannot thank Connor and the wider team, who also advised at times. I can't recommend Yes Mortgages enough! They made our dream come true of being able to finally own our own home, despite some credit issues. After initially speaking with Gemma, who was incredibly helpful, she passed us on to Connor who helped us every step of the way, kept us informed of the whole process and was completely honest with us.  There was nothing hidden or any personal gain for the company, just genuinely making sure we got the best we could get under our circumstances. My partner and I were both first-time buyers and we used Connor from YES to help us buy our home. Connor was super helpful, explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. He made sure to explain everything in ways that we understood and made the process easy for us. When we found a house that we wanted to put an offer in for, Connor quickly arranged a mortgage in principle for us that same day. He made himself available for phone calls whenever we had questions and chatted through the different options with us. When our offer on a house was accepted he kept us updated with the progress and even swapped us on to a better rate mortgage three times throughout the process. Meaning we got the best interest rate possible when the time came that all the solicitor's work was done and we were ready to exchange. Our experience with Connor and YES Mortgages surpassed our expectations, making the process smooth and straightforward. My wife and I recently purchased our first house. Being first time buyers, we had absolutely no idea about the whole process. We understood we needed a mortgage but beyond that we didn't know how to proceed. Connor Bowden from Yes Mortgage Services made the whole process a lot easier. Connor started the process by meeting with us after we had both finished work at a time that was convenient for us, at our rented property to speak with us in a setting that was comfortable for us. He patiently explained the process and all of the things that were way over our heads. After a conversation about what we wanted, and once we had filled out some lengthy paperwork, Connor went out of his way to find us the best deal for our mortgage. I know for a fact that if it wasn't for Connor, we would not have a mortgage. I was skeptical at first as Connor said that he didn't charge a broker fee, but I was absolutely blown away by Connor's dedication and passion to helping us to find the mortgage that best suited our needs. He really went above and beyond my expectations. Connor was always one step ahead of us, talking to solicitors and estate agents on our behalf when necessary to help give us an update on the progress of our purchase. We were told by many, many people that buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can ever do in your life. Thanks to Connor, I think that it was not nearly as awful as people make it out to be. Every person that I meet who even hints about possibly moving or remortgaging, Connor at Yes Mortgage Services is the first person that I always recommend that they call first.
