We are so grateful for the professional help and support we have received from both Andy and Kelly at Yes Mortgage Services and Yes Insurance Services. We bought our first home at the beginning of the lockdown and thought that under the circumstances we may have some difficulty, especially being first time buyers with no experience ourselves. But we couldn’t have been more wrong!

Despite not being able to meet in person, Andy was extremely helpful and able to secure and apply for a great mortgage offer for us (one that we would never have been able to arrange ourselves), all done remotely. He helped us every step of the way, explaining everything we didn’t understand and turned something that seemed so daunting at the beginning, into a very easy and pleasant experience. Andy’s knowledge and experience in the business really shines through and we could not thank him enough.

Kelly has also helped us no end with making sure we had all the correct information and helping us to choose the insurance policies that best suited our circumstances. Everything was so easy, she applied for the policies for us, which were carefully chosen to suit our needs. Her knowledge in the field, paired with her friendly, helpful attitude was perfect from beginning to end.
